BSE has been appointed as Electrical and Lift Consultants for Stage 4 of this landmark, $400M redevelopment by Lindsay Bennelong Developments,

Stage 4 includes over 40,000m2 of Grade A office space plus retail, swimming pool and gym, and potential data centre and warehousing.

The new, self-contained, mixed use precinct will set the standard for green working environments.

The project consists of 12 apartments in 3 separate blocks of 4 apartments with a connecting basement carpark all with lifts, energy efficient building services.

The project is in its early design stages with completion within 12 months

Under the Head Consultancy of Thomson Adsett Architects, BSE has been appointed to undertake the design of all building services for the new Grafton Library on the North Coast of NSW.

The library is to provide accomodation and services for a groups within the local community as well as local library, regional library and university.

The brief specifies that all services are to be designed in accordance with the new Greenstar – Public Buildings Technical Guideline.

IKEA’s Springvale Superstore in Victoria is powering through one of the hottest summers in years and with BSEs innovative design using 11% less energy than the International IKEA  goals considering climatic zones as well as number of customers.

The big bash starts officially this weekend and ANZ Stadium is getting ready in spades for their first game next week.

BSE were involved in the upgrade of the sports lighting installation in providing an audit of the existing system and recommendations as to the most efficient method of upgrading the installation for international and domestic T20 cricket. The entire installation was relamped and an additional 40 floodlights have been installed to the AFL headframes to increase the aerial vertical levels of illumination suitable for cricket.

The result is spectacular and ANZ is now all dressed and ready to go for the Big Bash !
