We are pleased to welcome Amber Jansson to BSE as our new National Financial Controller. Amber brings over 25 years of finance experience across Australia, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Most recently, she served as the APAC Financial Controller for a global consultancy, where she led regional finance operations and supported strategic business growth.
Amber holds a CA designation from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and is also a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (MAICD). Her career has been defined by leading high-impact initiatives in financial transformation, driving operational scalability, and strengthening governance frameworks. She has consistently delivered measurable results in cost optimisation, cross-functional transformation, and commercial performance.
Amber’s appointment strengthens BSE’s strategic capabilities as we continue to scale our national operations and enhance financial resilience across the business.
