Overview
Delivering a Contemporary Office Fit-Out in Sydney
LaSalle Investment Management’s new office at 180 George Street spans 470 square metres across half a floor within a premium commercial tower, the workspace benefits from its proximity to Sydney Harbour and surrounding commercial amenities.
The fit-out was designed to enhance productivity, collaboration, and overall well-being. Key features include open-plan workspaces, dedicated collaboration areas, wellness rooms, and a multifunctional kitchen that also serves as a breakout space.

BSE was engaged by JLL to provide engineering design services across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and fire protection systems, along with specialist acoustic consulting.
Outcomes
A Coordinated Fit-Out Addressing Design Challenges and Workplace Performance
A key challenge involved services coordination around a ceiling slab opening in the reception area.
