About you
You hold a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering; or you are in your final year of your bachelor’s degree.
You have a thirst for knowledge and a willingness to learn.
You are curious and have a proactive nature.
Possess advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, along with an ability to think laterally.
Ability to multitask, balance high attention to detail with efficiency, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
A passion for the built environment.
Knowledge of the Building Code of Australia and relevant Standards an advantage.
Take ownership for your role and prioritise planned tasks.
Previous relevant work experience, an advantage.
Proactive and innovative approach to solutions.
Routinely demonstrate your ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with the client, project team and internal teams.
Intelligent and articulate verbal and written communication skills.
Use latest technology – REVIT/AutoCAD, BIM360, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office and One Driv
The role
Assisting with Electrical (power, lighting, communications, security etc) engineering, design and documentation to scope expectations.
Gaining experience in evaluations and electrical solutions and innovations to ensure compliance with codes and standards.
Calculations and return briefs.
Report writing.
Multi-discipline team and project management.
Client/ design meetings and site inspections.
Satisfy codes, standards, project and quality requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders, project teams and relevant authorities
