FoodInSpace Awards 2025 | Hunter & Barrel Parramatta

Hunter & Barrel Parramatta has been shortlisted for the FoodInSpace Awards 2025, recognising the beautiful design by COOOP.Co. They highlighted how the design elevates the brand’s rustic aesthetic, with interiors defined by rustic wood, stone and an open fire that foster a warm, communal atmosphere.

Through our continued partnership with Seagrass Boutique Hospitality Group, our NSW team provided electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, fire protection, and acoustic engineering design services for this stunning restaurant.

BSE’s Godfrey Frederick, Director – National Strategic Partnerships, and Solomon Aluague, Associate – Mechanical NSW, were there for the opening in 2023, testing the incredible space with a combined lunch and commissioning inspection. Sol remarked, “A flavour-packed journey! A great way to ensure our designs are fit for use in such an incredible space.”
