“As we close out the 2024–25 financial year, we have seen a resilient performance for the business despite a challenging economic environment. Strong delivery across our core sectors residential and living, commercial, education, health, retail, industrial, and government has maintained stability in our national operations. While market conditions varied across regions, our commitment to client service, technical excellence, and sustainable design outcomes helped us retain long-term partners and win strategic new work. We have expanded our engineering consulting services to include new disciplines, notably the establishment of our national vertical transport division.
Residential and living continued to lead in project volume, while growth in retail, industrial and health has provided valuable diversification. Education and government work remained stable, particularly through frameworks and repeat clients. We’ve also invested in our people, digital tools, and project delivery systems to improve efficiency and support sustainable growth.
Focused project delivery allows us to maintain growth and invest in key initiatives to drive the business forward including digital capability, team development, and innovation in sustainable engineering.
Looking ahead to FY25–26, we are expecting moderate revenue growth, supported by a strengthening pipeline in sporting venues, education, health, and adaptive reuse opportunities.
Our culture of collaboration, sustainability and engineering excellence remains the foundation of our success. As we move into the new financial year, we thank our clients, partners, and dedicated staff for their continued trust and contribution to shaping better, more sustainable built environments across Australia.”
