BSE recently undertook the recertification of our ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 quality standards. ISO certification is not simply a compliance tool; it is integral to BSE’s Management Framework and how we operate. It serves as the foundation of our business, not only a certificate on the wall.
Our approach is designed to be systematic, strategic, and scalable across all teams. These frameworks allow for clear leadership direction, honest feedback, and well-defined priorities.
Jessica Chesser, BSE’s National Operations Manager, who led the process, said:
”ISO certification of our Management Framework isn’t a once-a-year box ticking exercise for us, rather it’s the foundation for how we scale and grow. At BSE, the Framework, supported by certification, embeds quality, safety and sustainability into daily operations, drives alignment across teams and ensures we’re growing with resilience. More roadmap, less red tape.
Working through the recertification process with our internal team and external auditor, I was again blown away by the enthusiasm, passion, and commitment our teams bring to their work, our projects, and delivering exceptional outcomes with our project partners.”
At BSE, we are committed to continuous improvement. For our clients, this means confidence in our systems, a culture of ownership and accountability, a framework for resilient and scalable delivery, and maturity in both systems and leadership.
