Infinity by Crown

BSE is proud to be involved in the design of one of Sydney’s highest profile and prestigious projects to date. The landmark development within the new Green Square Town Centre designed by award-winning architect Koichi Takada, will set the benchmark for urban living and becoming the landmark gateway to Sydney’s newest vibrant precinct.

BSE is providing building services engineering for the development encompassing 401 luxury apartments over 18 levels, luxury serviced apartments as well as retail outlets, restaurants and cafes.

The recent Grand Launch saw an unprecedented amount of interested that far exceeded expectations. 105 apartments were released simultaneously across Sydney, Jakarta, Surabaya and Singapore and sold in the first hour. $380 Million worth of apartments were sold by close of business on launch day.

Infinity by Crown was also awarded the Urban Development Institute of Australian NSW Concept Design award and is scheduled to be completed in 2019.

BSE a SEEA Finalist

BSE was recently successful in being a Finalist at the Engineers Australia’s Sydney Engineering Excellence Awards 2014.

BSE found itself in the most sought after award category and our vision of a holistic approach to sustainability, design and implementation for The Kings School Science Learning Center was recognised and appreciated by our peers in the engineering industry as well as the 2014 Judging Panel.

The project was designed to have an integrated, smart passive ventilation strategy and lighting system in all 18 state of the art teaching laboratories and research areas as well as the grand multi-level atrium. BSE aimed to provide students and staff a positive environment that functions to meet the needs while understanding the impact on the economic and social aspects of the school and wider community.

BSE Victoria Open for Business

BSE continues to grow! We are pleased to announce that BSE has expanded to open a new office in Victoria offering the full gamete of Buildings services portfolio. Opened in early March 2015, the new office in South Melbourne gives Frank Cattafi, the Victorian State Manager, extensive coverage across the CBD and greater Melbourne area.
