Here we all go again! Final days till the end-of-year break and despite all our best endeavours in planning for a steady and managed lead up to the break, we find ourselves, and the rest of the industry, running at breakneck speed, yet again!
It has, however, been a very rewarding year at BSE, with steady growth across all of our regions and disciplines, and the commencement of BSE’s National Fire Safety team.
BSE’s continued and growing success is a clear demonstration of the unwavering dedication and hard work of each team member. From innovative engineering solutions, meticulous reviews and planning, every team member has provided an essential part in outstanding results.
Once again, our BSE Community – with the help of our highly valued project partners and clients, have worked together and powered through both an exciting and a demanding year. Wishing our clients and project partners a happy Christmas and a safe and hopeful New Year and extend another warm thank you to our Teams who have gone above & beyond to deliver exceptional work.

Celebrating International Men’s Day
International Men's Day is an annual day of recognition to appreciate the positive contributions of men in society and the importance of effective male role models. Conversations about men’s issues are complex and humour can serve as a helpful icebreaker, and open doors to deeper and necessary conversations. Take a moment this International Men's Day to appreciate the men in our lives, their achievements and their resilience and vulnerability. By infusing a bit of humour, we may foster an environment where deeper conversations can flourish, breaking down stereotypes and promoting understanding.
As today is also World Toilet Day (to improve sanitation and water access for everyone driven by the UN), BSE has brought together our team’s greatest toilet jokes in honour of these two days.

BSE were at The Property Congress in Adelaide last week, with 800 delegates from across Australia to connect, inspire and drive the incredible work we deliver.
Our team members on the ground Godfrey Frederick (Director – National Strategic Partnerships), Terrence Hing (VIC Director) and Amelia Fraser (Manager – Strategic Partnership), shared their highlights: Demographer, Simon Kuestenmacher gave a sensational overview of Australia’s growth projections, aligning capability with opportunity, as well as Nedd Brockman’s “get comfortable being uncomfortable” a powerful message for individuals and organisations.
Once again Property Congress provided strong opportunity to connect with industry partners, peers and build new connections across Australia, including plenty of Adelaide locals.
