Overview

Spread over 5.3 hectares, Baptist Community Services’ Gracewood senior living and aged care facility boasts 224 residential units, 124 aged care units, a clubhouse, gymnasium and hydrotherapy pool. 

Scope delivered

BSE completed the project’s mechanical, electrical, fire and hydraulic services design, including energy-efficient solutions such as water recycling and solar heating systems. 

Project results

Gracewood residents have been provided with environmentally-conscious amenities which meet their unique health and lifestyle requirements.
