We have a fantastic opportunity to join our ACT team and lead the delivery of a range of projects, scopes and buildings. With solid local experience, you have a strong design understanding, are team and delivery focused and have a positive attitude and passion for growth of self and others.

You have outstanding electrical engineering aptitude, significant project management ability, thorough technical understanding and confidence when communicating with clients, business partners and contributing to our team success.

This role will also include co-leading the Canberra team, a growing, dynamic and close knit group of professionals.

About you

  • Have 8-10 years’ experience in Australian building services ideally in consulting.

  • Extensive experience with complex electrical services engineering concept to construction completion.

  • Practical knowledge of relevant Australian Standards and National Code of Construction.

  • Extensive experience leading and coordinating multi-discipline discipline projects including managing client expectations.

  • Routinely demonstrate your ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with the client, project team and internal teams.

  • Proven experience to foster new and existing client relationships to drive growth for long term success and profitability for self and business.

  • Passionate about mentoring and coaching junior engineers and designers.

  • Tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proven project, organisation and time management skills

  • Use latest technology – REVIT/AutoCAD, BIM360, Microsoft Suite including Office and One Drive
