Our Sydney hub, BSE’s headquarters, sits within the North Sydney CBD. Founded in 1994, the local delivery team has grown alongside the city’s fast-moving and technically demanding market.

Working across a city defined by heritage and renewal, the hub brings experience in adaptive reuse alongside new-build projects.

The multidisciplinary team includes BSE’s leaders in Acoustics, Strategic Partnerships, and Finance and combines strong local delivery experience with national capability to provide rigorous technical input, clear documentation, and dependable outcomes for projects throughout New South Wales.

Sitting in the heart of the Brisbane CBD, our Brisbane hub was established in 2014 and reflects BSE’s long-standing commitment to local delivery in Queensland.

The multidisciplinary team delivers major new build and complex building projects across building services and specialist disciplines, and is home to our leaders in Sustainability, Vertical Transportation, and BIM.

With experience in subtropical climate conditions and occupant comfort, the Brisbane hub delivers integrated engineering outcomes that support reliable, durable environments throughout the life of the asset.

BSE’s Melbourne hub was created in 2015, operating from the heart of the Melbourne CBD.

Widely recognised as Australia’s cultural capital, the local multidisciplinary delivery team partners closely with design teams to support architectural intent while refining technical outcomes.

The hub prioritises clarity in documentation and the thoughtful integration of building systems, combining deep knowledge of the Victorian market with local technical specialists to deliver innovative and reliable engineering solutions.

Opened in 2018, our Canberra hub is positioned in the centre of Australia’s seat of government.

The multidisciplinary delivery team brings deep experience across government and institutional projects, with a strong focus on compliance, clear documentation, and proactive stakeholder engagement. They guide projects through complex approval processes and stakeholder environments.

The hub delivers engineering solutions designed for long-term performance and reliability throughout the Australian Capital Territory.

Set up in 2020 and located in the heart of Adelaide’s CBD, the Adelaide hub supports projects across South Australia.

BSE works closely with local contractors and project partners, drawing on established relationships developed through on‑the‑ground delivery.

Supported by BSE’s national network, the Adelaide hub provides clear, reliable engineering outcomes aligned with local project requirements.

The Newcastle hub was launched in 2026, extending BSE’s presence into the Hunter Region.

Located between a working harbour and the Pacific Ocean, Newcastle reflects a balance of industrial heritage and ongoing renewal. The multidisciplinary team understands the region’s varied context, from urban precincts to surrounding beaches, waterways, and hinterland landscapes.
