BIM

BIM delivering coordinated digital models that improve buildability and project certainty.

Overview

Digital Coordination Through Building Information Modelling

Building Information Modelling (BIM) is the digital practice of creating coordinated 3D models enriched with data to support design, construction, and asset operation.

BIM is embedded in our workflow from project inception through to handover. We model all building services in Revit and use Navisworks, BIM Track, or Revizto for coordination, issue tracking, and clash management. Each project is led by a dedicated BSE BIM Leader responsible for preparing the BIM Execution Plan, setting modelling standards, and managing federated model reviews across disciplines.

Our approach enables automated clash detection, schedule integration, and model-based quantities to support accurate cost planning and program forecasting. We deliver construction and as-built models aligned with project and asset requirements, and can also provide client training and templates to ensure ongoing value beyond handover.

By reducing on-site conflict and rework, BIM shortens delivery time and improves buildability. Clients receive a reliable digital asset that supports facilities management, maintenance, procurement, and future change—making buildings easier and more cost-effective to operate throughout their lifecycle.
