Delivering a Tier IV Data Centre in Kuching, Malaysia
The Kuching 1 Data Centre is a greenfield development comprising a large single-storey data hall housing 300 server racks and associated uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems, along with a separate front-of-house building accommodating administration and submarine fibre landing station equipment.
The facility was designed to meet Uptime Institute Tier IV standards, supporting high levels of availability and resilience.

Detailed Design Delivery for Critical MEP Systems
BSE delivered detailed mechanical, electrical, and fire protection design documentation from its Australian offices.
Our role focused on supporting design outcomes aligned with Tier IV requirements, ensuring that building services systems met the performance expectations of a high-availability data centre environment.
