Delivering a Large-Scale Early Learning Facility in Seacombe Heights
The Edge Early Learning centre in Seacombe Heights is a purpose-built, double-storey facility designed to accommodate over 120 children across multiple age groups.
The centre incorporates age-specific internal rooms and activity areas for children aged 0–1, 1–2, 2–3, and 3–5 years, supported by outdoor play spaces and associated amenities. Additional facilities include a commercial kitchen, storage, staff offices and breakout areas, and a main entry with reception and waiting areas.

Multi-Disciplinary Delivery from Concept Through Construction
BSE provided electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, fire protection, and sustainability services from concept design through to construction.
Our team worked with the client, architect, and builder to integrate building services requirements within the project documentation, supporting the day-to-day needs of children and staff.
