Overview
Upgrading a Landmark Commercial Tower in Sydney’s CBD
Located at the intersection of Margaret and George Streets, with additional access from Jamison Street, 60 Margaret Street is a landmark office tower with direct below-ground connectivity to Wynyard Station.
The refurbishment includes a new flagship retail precinct, upgraded food court, and a three-storey lobby serving both the commercial tower and 5,200 square metres of premium office space within the podium. The 36-storey tower will also undergo upgrades to base building services and infrastructure, supporting a transition to a modern and energy-efficient workplace.
