BSE is engaged by Woolworths to deliver ongoing due diligence audits and investigations across multiple store locations throughout Queensland, New South Wales, and the Australian Capital Territory.

These audits provide an understanding of the condition, compliance, and remaining life of existing building services and roofing systems, supporting informed planning for maintenance, upgrades, and future works across the portfolio.

The scope includes visual inspections and technical reviews of mechanical, electrical, fire protection, hydraulic, and vertical transportation systems, along with assessment of roof and waterproofing performance. Each assessment is supported by reporting that identifies observed conditions, risks, and recommended remediation actions.

BSE delivers multi-disciplinary audits across building services systems, providing clear, actionable outputs to support asset management and operational planning.

In addition to audit activities, BSE supports engineering design, documentation, and delivery for selected new build and refurbishment projects across the Woolworths portfolio, enabling continuity between assessment and implementation of upgrades.

The audit programme provides Woolworths with visibility of building services condition and lifecycle across multiple sites, enabling prioritisation of maintenance and upgrade works.
