A Residential Development Adjacent to Raymond Park
Banksii East Brisbane is a ten-storey residential development comprising 72 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments in East Brisbane, located approximately two kilometres from the CBD.
The project includes two basement levels, a podium, and residential levels above, along with rooftop amenities including a pool. Positioned adjacent to Raymond Park, the development offers views toward the Brisbane skyline, surrounding ranges, and the Brisbane River.
The design responds to its inner-urban context, integrating residential living with proximity to open space, transport, and existing neighbourhood amenities.
Our Role
Multi-Disciplinary Building Services Design
BSE is providing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, fire protection, vertical transportation, and sustainability services for the project from schematic design through to construction.
Our role involves coordination of building services across basement, podium, and residential levels, supporting integration of systems within a multi-storey residential environment and alignment with the operational requirements of the development.
