Overview
Delivering a Contemporary Workplace Fit-Out in Docklands
BSE collaborated with Geyer Valmont to deliver a 3,500 square metre fit-out for Costa Group, a leading Australian horticultural company supplying fresh produce to major food retailers across Australia.
The workspace was designed to support modern, open-plan working, incorporating collaborative zones and an expansive breakout area overlooking Victoria Harbour. The layout carefully considers a mix of large and small meeting rooms, along with flexible spaces to accommodate the evolving needs of the workforce.

Our Role
Building Services Design Across a Complex Workplace Fit-Out
BSE provided engineering services for the project, delivering electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and fire protection design.
The scope also included design and coordination of the building’s security system, ensuring integration with the overall workplace environment.

Outcomes
A Flexible and Functional Workplace Supporting Collaboration
The fit-out created a modern, bright, and adaptable workplace, supporting collaboration and productivity.
BSE overcame challenges during delivery, including coordination of mechanical systems across complex meeting room layouts and rectifying inaccuracies in existing “as-built” documentation.
The project delivers a cohesive, functional, and visually engaging environment aligned with Costa Group’s operational needs and corporate vision.
