Delivering a New Headquarters for Target Australia in Williams Landing
Target Australia is a national discount department store retailer operating across metropolitan and regional locations. As part of its ongoing evolution, the organisation relocated its headquarters from Geelong to a newly constructed, purpose-built support office at Williams Landing.
The $37 million development, constructed by Hacer Group, occupies a prominent site adjacent to Williams Landing train station, providing strong connectivity to Melbourne’s CBD, Geelong, and the broader western suburbs. The site also offers direct access to the Princes Freeway and on-site parking, supporting accessibility for staff.
The fit-out comprises 12,000 square metres of A-Grade commercial space across four levels, including a ground floor café and restaurant. The facility is designed to accommodate approximately 850 employees within a modern and flexible workplace environment.
