This project involved the delivery of a new office space for Intermain SA, supporting the company’s continued growth in Adelaide. The fit-out at 55 Currie Street was designed to provide a functional and efficient workplace aligned with Intermain’s operational needs.
The space incorporates open work areas, meeting rooms, and breakout spaces, with an emphasis on natural light and flexible working environments.

BSE provided design and documentation services for the mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and fire protection systems throughout the project.

The project was delivered within a tight programme, with BSE working closely with the project team to support Intermain’s relocation into the new office on schedule and within budget.
